Getting to Know You
Health History

A one-hour evaluation will be the first step in your new-patient experience. The visit will begin in the consultation room with an opportunity for us to discuss your dental history and any present concerns. Later, in the clinical area, my assistants and I will briefly gather information necessary to diagnose your current dental health. Depending upon the findings, we may reserve time for you to return for any necessary diagnostic records. After carefully reviewing all findings, a consultation appointment will be scheduled to thoroughly discuss any recommended treatment and concerns you may have.
