Veneers can be thought of as a new facing for your tooth. We will prepare your tooth by removing small amounts of enamel followed by impressions of the tooth. Provisional veneers will be made by Dr. Merriman. These will be worn until the final veneers return from the lab specialists. At the final visit, the porcelain veneers are bonded to the front of your teeth. Although veneers are more expensive and time-consuming than bonding, they conserve tooth structure when compared to crowns.
